Graça Vilar
SICAD
Graça Vilar has a Master in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences. She is a Graduated Assistant of Psychiatry with Groupanalytical training by Portuguese Society of Groupanalysis. She is currently the director of the Management Board of Planning and Intervention Services of the Service of Intervention in Addictive Behaviours and in Addictions (SICAD). She is a trainer in scientific sessions and courses and regularly participates in the planning and development of several formative actions in the domain of substance abuse and addiction and in general psychiatry themes. National expert regarding the epidemiological key indexes Treatment Demand key Indicator (TDI) and of the Drug Related Infectious Diseases (DRID) of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction. Representative of SICAD in the Consultive Council of the Portuguese National Programa for HIV/AIDS infection and at the National Anti-Doping Council.
